  • Tenants call our office from advertisements we place on the internet. We use each inquiry as a valuable resource. We ask appropriate questions and encourage prospective tenants to come to our office to discuss the properties available.
  • Prospective tenants who visit our office receive quality service. Our office caters for our tenants needs, including lists of available properties, maps, application forms, telephone and telephone books and an interview room.
  • Each day, tenants have contact with a professional and informed Property Management staff member who can assist their inquiry with regards to your property, lease agreements, applications and the Residential Tenancies Act.

This resource provides an ideal opportunity for our staff to “sell” your property to a prospective tenant. It promotes discussion and interest and we can continue to ask appropriate qualifying questions.

We regularly process updated comprehensive lists of available properties for tenants to peruse, however, we prefer to use the list as a “discussion starter” with one of our staff rather than simply a “handout”, whenever the opportunity arises.
